I'm not really big on surprise parties especially birthday parties, but I think that if my girlfriend planned it all out and had a bunch of my friends there, it would be pretty cool. Just make sure his parents don't have something else planned also cause you don't want that to interfere.
I really like it, especially if there's a lot of people who gathered for my birthday.
He will love it! Last month I did one for my boyfriend and he loved it. He liked that I planned it out a month ago because he usually asks people to come out that night and they can't because they're busy.

u I would enjoy one, but then again, I have a mildly suspicious nature. I'd probably think something was up, but I would enjoy it nonetheless.
No not normally. But I have a feeling that he will just love you to death for it. The surprise gift could be kissing him deeply and passionately. He'll certainly remember this day as one of the best of his life.
if it involves naked girls coming out of a cake, or strippers and hookers, yes.
