My ex is ignoring me on Facebook after adding me?

I had a relationship with a great guy. we just don't fit. when I broke up with him after one year and 4 months, I was a really nasty bitch. I did mean things I don't wanne talk about. I'm very ashamed that I did that.

after 6 years I contacted him on Facebook. saying I was sorry. He is still very mad at me.

1 months ago he added me on Facebook. he said that I can tell what on my mind, because my sister talked to him. I said that we sould talk when we both want to do that, not when other people want us to talk to each other. Now, one month, he is ignroring me. I'm giving him the time he needs.

But, what the hell is going on here?

Is this some weird behavior ?

This is not weird at all. You brought this on yourself and you need to bear the consequences.

You treated him badly and he is very understandably angry. I never forget a woman that treats me poorly and I will hold that grudge as long as I know her.

You are lucky he even added you back on fb. He owes you absolutely nothing after what you did. You aren't entitled to his forgiveness. He will take however long he wants until he decides to talk to you.

I never had him on Facebook. So why did he add me? and why is he acting jealous? He could't bear the tough that I slept with a man in the same bad.

For me it's weird that he added me on Facebook. And his jealousy.

Have you tried asking him why after all you did he added you?

He probably is experiencing a mix of emotions. If I were you, I would not talk to him period. Just let the poor guy move on with his life. To him, you are only a bad memory.

He has had 6 years of practice in ignoring you and trying to live his life in spite of the unpleasant memories you've left him with. Don't expect him to change any time soon.

If he opens the door a crack for you, try getting him to fully understand this: that you now realize you were once a nasty mean bitch who did unspeakably shameful things to him. Show him you are no longer that same person.

He's probably still not over how you treated him, no matter how many times you apologize. You could send him a message telling him you wanna talk things through and apologize face to face, so maybe you can start being friends again or he can start to move on from it.

If he's still hurting, isn't it possible that her forcing herself on him by trying to talk and get his forgiveness and apologize and blatantly relieve herself of guilt (which he will catch onto, because he's not stupid) may make the situation much, much worse, for him at least?

Yes, forcing is never good. But she could just send one more message, telling him everything she needs to tell him, and then letting him know that if he's ready to talk, she'll be there.

Maybe he wants to forgive you, and adding you as a friend on Facebook is a step but he is not totaly ready for it. Baby steps...
