My boyfriend of one year broke up with me two days back. I always loved him and never did anything wrong. We almost never fought and I thought it was going great. Two days back he told me it was not working out. I got a little upset but I didn't beg or plead for him to take me back. Today I couldn't help myself so I checked his fb account and I saw that he had added his ex back. I feel so miserable and cheated. I don't know what to do... how to cope with this. I am going insane with pain. Please help

Everyone makes the mistake of looking their ex up at some point. You did it too and now you know that it is not worth it and hopefully you can learn from this and block him for good now. Two days is very new and fresh. You will hurt. You will want to cry possibly. That is normal behavior and you have to get it out of your system so for now be sad and grieve but then in a week's time you have to pick yourself up again and put it behind you. You survived long before him, and you will do so again. He is one guy among billions. He means nothing.
