I have started noticing that my boyfriend will Google good looking actresses either during a movie or after. This really bothers me I want to know whether this is normal, it makes me feel like I'm not good enough or not pretty enough? I need to know whether this a normal guy thing or should I be worried? I asked him about it once and he admitted to it and said he won't do it, it was only a once off thing but I know he still does so I feel a little betrayed as now he is lying about it...

This is a very very usual & normal guy thing. When an actress catches our eye we develop this need to know more about her, watch her pics, videos just as a treat to the eyes...even her nude videos if available, I remember googling, youtubing and metacafing Kim Basinger lolz...After sometime they are out of our mind, 'out of sight, out of mind'...we don't dwell on them as such. It is indeed very vain because we gain nothing out of it, but we do it just as a fetish or whatever you might call it. At the end of the day it is the girl we love, in our life that matters to us the most. So don't be worried about it, he is very much normal . :) :) :)

Tell him even you Google your favorite actors...BUT when he isn't around..i.e. try teasing him, :p ask him jokingly if he fantasizes about the actresses when he is kissing you or making out with you..:D see if he takes the hint...

I can understand doing that now and again but if it's all the time, I would think it's rude too. I agree the best way to approach the situation is to tell him how this makes you feel a little hurt and see how he reassures you.

I know how you feel because when I was with my ex boyfriend, he would be all crazy with Kate Upton and that really bothered me. I understand we all have celebrity crushes but don't be drooling about them in front of your partners, you know. I always felt like I wasn't good enough for him. Some people may find this real immature, but it's actually disrespectful.

Well I don't feel good enough but I also don't want to put too much thought into it since he is a guy and guys do guys things. Its a touchy subject to bring up because I am going through a bit of insecure phase which have no reason to... I just am.

This is more so of an insecurity you have to get over rather than an actual issue.

Whether you shame him into lying to you he's likely going to do it when you're not around.

I mean, you just have to accept that they're celebrities. First of all, he doesn't stand a chance. Second of all, he's a human and he appreciates beauty. It has no impact on how he feels about you or views you.

And women always take it so personal... it's not. And no, honestly--you're probably not good looking enough he won't be curious to google any actress or look at some hot thing walking by ever again. Because to be that awesome, you'd have to be Aphrodite or something. It's our nature.
