To be serious, though, I don't think either are particularly remarkable. The human body is just the human body to me; it isn't something off-putting or revolting, but I don't think it is a "work of art," either way.

What you're pointing out is that the female body is often pictured as softer, with subtle and smooth angles - and in our culture, "soft" and "delicate" bodies are what is feminine, and femininity will always be more objectified than anything else.

I sometimes see men on here ask why straight women apparently say they're "more attracted" to the female body, but they're misunderstanding the default use of the term "more beautiful." Straight women are physically attracted to the male body. The male body is different, though, and society states that it isn't "soft" (therefore not "beautiful"), it is "hard," stereotypically masculine - handsome and appealing in its own sense.

My favorite part of both bodies? I have muscle (and the better ability to build muscle) envy. I also like their hands and wrists. Women? I'm not sure. The back, perhaps.

I'm bisexual and I think both male and female bodies are absolutely beautiful. Though for me, there's a smaller range of types of bodies I find attractive for men versus women. For example, I only find fit guys physically attractive...which means you pretty much know what that body is going to look like without using much imagination. On the other hand, women come in so many beautiful body shapes and have different breast and booty sizes, shapes, etc. So overall, I think both are equally beautiful but women might be more interesting and varied.

With guys it's all about what they have when it comes to most women. A lot of women choose to be trophy girls. I personally find girls who do more instead of just looking good to be more attractive.

Well I think a lot of it has to do with how society presents it. I'm not saying a woman's body isn't beautiful, it is, but advertising and media presentation are always finding the very best female bodies, with a very specific build, tone, etc, and still photoshop it. We're seeing more of that with the male form as well these days, but it's never really had the same level of perfect presentation applied to it in society. They both have very different styles of attractiveness, the male body just doesn't get the same attention at the moment.
