Why do straight women say that the female body is more aesthetically attractive the body of a male?

Do women not find men attractive? All over different websites I see women claiming to be straight that say that the female's body is more attractive than the body of a male. They say that the female body is more "aesthetically" attractive yet they say they are straight. Not just the body, they also say that the female's face is also more attractive. So that means they don't find the face of a man attractive? I guess I won't feel in love anymore, if all they care about is personality. I still find women attractive but it's shame women don't find us men attractive. Honest answers please, no sarcasm or insults.

I find women's bodies to be attractive, but it can't compare to a male's body. I would never want to have sex with a woman. The idea of that makes me uncomfortable. I get turned on the male body, and if he has an attractive face, it's definitely a plus.

You're the only person I know of that hates if someone likes their personality, however.

Well for me I rather have the woman like me for my personality, body shape and facial structure. If she only likes me for one of those then I won't even consider dating her.

People tend to be drawn to smooth lines and soft curves - women's bodies have that, men's bodies don't, they're more angular. I would assume that some straight women may find that more visually appealing even if they don't wanna jump on top of her.

Even so, women tend to have what are considered more aesthetically pleasing features - longer eyelashes, bigger eyes, fuller lips, higher cheekbones. You also have to remember that women usually put much, much more effort into their appearance in terms of make up and skin care routines. Men tend to do the bare minimum of shaving and keeping their hair clean. Women go a little further, they work to enhance their features, which may make them seem more appealing too.

It doesn't mean that women don't find you attractive. The whole point of this is that there are different types of attraction. Whilst women's bodies may be more aesthetically attractive to many people, straight women will be unable to find them sexually attractive. They'll be nice to look at the same way art is, but they're not going to feel any lust or arousal towards them. Straight women have the ability to view men as both aesthetically and sexually attractive.

Women's bodies are just generally more aesthetically pleasing - women's bodies are basically there to look at while with men's bodies it's not so much about the visuals but more about what they do with them.

I prefer women physically, that doesn't mean that men don't have anything going for them look-wise, they're just different and more rough looking. I personally really like that about men though & of course their muscles. And another huge factor about physicality is that they're just stronger so there's a lot of things men can do for me that women can't, plus I feel more protected when I'm with a man.
All of that doesn't change the fact that I find women more visually attractive, but it doesn't mean that I prefer dating women.

That's hard to say, I've seen stunning women and stunning men but if I would have to judge by the average person I think women win here, as well - and yes I'm bisexual, but don't really have a preference in terms of gender.

When you say you find men attractive, do mean in a romantic way? i see that you do find other women attractive (not saying there is anything bad about that). Why is it that women find other women attractive but men can't find other men attractive? For me I don't see anything attractive in men, if a woman shows me a picture of a supermodel I won't find that male supermodel attractive. If a man for some reason calls another man attractive he is instantly labeled as "gay"(not saying there is anything wrong with gays). Also one last thing, what about a man's face? Do you find a man's face attractive just like how us straight men find women's faces attractive? Look at the opinions from the other females here.

Okay slow down. I think the problem here is that you do not quite understand that attraction works in both ways. It's not only guys that find girls attractive, there has to be attraction from both parts otherwise, no reproduction. And men have a problem in admitting that another man is hot. Actually, some insecure guys do. Most guys I know in real life actually CAN tell if another man is attractive. It doesn't mean they're attracted to them sexually--same as us straight girls finding another girl attractive. I can't tell if you're trolling or not.

The majority of the population as of now is overweight. Women tend to be better at carrying fat than men. However, guys who are actually in shape are very aesthetically pleasing to the eye, it's just that the average guy doesn't really doesn't have that great of a body
