Immediately after the Biden-Trump debate, where Biden admittedly made a poor showing, Republicans started asking Biden to withdraw from the Presidential race. Now, a Democrat, Representative Lloyd Doggett of Texas (LBJ's old district) is calling for Biden to withdraw.

This debate was one of the earliest in Presidential campaign history. A new theory is that the Democrats pushed for an early debate to assess if Biden is fit to run, and to give them time to replace him if the debate went bad, which it did

We went from conquering new lands to calling conquerors evil land grabbers "guilty" of war crimes

So hypothetically, polling within the DNC shows Biden is going to lose to Trump, and instead of replacing him this late in the race with another candidate, they decide it's a better idea to work behind the scenes to get RFK Jr elected to stop a Trump presidency.

For those of you triggered, this is only a hypothetical situation and will not likely happen.

SCOTUS just made it possible for POTUS to be a dictator, undoing centuries of precedent that said no-one is above the law.

They did that massive favour for Trump just days after making it legal for "gratuities" to be paid to officials after the event.

Trump will have no compunction to stop him abusing this totally unreasonable power.

US Supreme Court rules Trump has immunity for official, not private acts

-The U. S. Supreme Court found on Monday that Donald Trump cannot be prosecuted for official actions taken as president, but can for private acts, in a landmark ruling recognizing for the first time any form of presidential immunity from prosecution.

The justices, in a 6-3 ruling written by Chief Justice John Roberts, threw out a lower court's decision rejecting Trump's claim of immunity from criminal charges involving his efforts to undo his 2020 election loss to Joe Biden.

The court's six conservative justices were in the majority and its three liberal justices dissented.

"We conclude that under our constitutional structure of separated powers, the nature of presidential power requires that former president have some immunity from criminal prosecution for official acts during his tenure in office," Roberts wrote.

"At least with respect to the president's exercise of his core constitutional powers, this immunity must be absolute. As for his remaining official actions, he is also entitled to immunity," Roberts added.

If they’re people, businesses should have the downsides of legal social construct. Like being accountable for American made money moved overseas to avoid taxes. Or supplying our county’s enemies with equipment used against our allies.
