If they’re people, businesses should have the downsides of legal social construct. Like being accountable for American made money moved overseas to avoid taxes. Or supplying our county’s enemies with equipment used against our allies.

Yes i agree. Like for instance in the UK we stop letting Yank companies buy our companies, avoid their taxes and have an unfair share of the market. We should make all companies pay their taxes in this country. We should make them up hold patriotism, so stop them promoting yank culture or non British culture. The government should take out compulsory purchase orders on offending companies.
