I'm going to say no, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't feel like our culture has the best way of doing things. Many people have heard of the British captain who put an end to India's ridiculous tradition of burning the wife of a deceased man. Indians seemed to be living in lala land to us, but can you say what they were doing was bad? it's similar to "honoring your mother and father".

This is why I like Christianity, Jesus came to set you against your father and mother if necessary for YOUR joy. (John 15:11). But again, that's an argument over egoism vs idealism. And SOME people would find strict adherence to autistic laws a la being burnt alive after your husband dies more appealing, no doubt

No. General things tends to be same or similar our general morality is a lot more fluid than people like to think. Humans are essentially identical across time which means that humans today has the same capacity to form good or bad habits as any other point in history.

For example human sacrifices or ritualistic cannibalism or incest or pedophilia. Different people have considered different things to be either good or bad and it has been pretty much entirely a cultural difference that separates them.

I don't think so. Some things are good and normal in certain cultures, but bad and abnormal in others. If good and bad were universal, then we wouldn't have all the cultural problems that we have.
