Iam a women bodybuilder I have been asking questions about women bodybuilding and i see lot of people have wrong information or stereotypes about women bodybuilding.

As a women bodybuilder I would like to educate all men and women about women bodybuilding so that they can understand the reality rather than just believing on stereotypes or wrong information.

i assume it's pretty much the same as male body building xD cause after all, muscles don't care if they're in a woman or a man. they work the same in both.

guess the only difference would be, that women look a bit more esthetic if you go heavier on the legs but not that heavy on the arms right?

When body building began, a lot of governments encouraged it. Seemed like pushing people into the gyms and celebrating beautiful physiques through contests like the Olympia would end making the general population stronger and better at serving military/navy assignments. For what its worth - it probably did inspire people to join and then improve the number of eligible recruits.

Question: Can we think of a movement like this - which would get the backing of the government - so that more and more women take on resistance training and body building on a grand scale?

I don’t have any questions I think it’s amazing how much work they dedicate to it. I personally do CrossFit, Yoga, and a lot of water sports. So I’ve always been fitness minded I know being I’m on the water spring through summer. I don’t go the the gym those months I’m to addicted to my water sports to ever dedicate enough time to it.

I had a client who was a female bodybuilder. She eventually developed kidney and liver problems as a result of chronic steroid use and ultimately died as a result of those complications. She was also mentally ill - bipolar - so I did not assume that her behavior was representative of all female bodybuilders.

Do you feel like modern bodybuilding is shifting too much towards packing on mass rather than good aesthetics which was the original agenda of bodybuilding?
If so, why do you think this change has occurred and what impact do you think it's going to make on the future going forward?

Bodybuilding makes the body beautiful and strong. However, we must remember that you can not inflate it like tires at one time ( you Will have to support IT all your LIFE! In my youth, I also played sports and my body was with cubes on my stomach, but then the years took their toll. Remember your old age!

How strong can you be? I mean, after PL special forces training I can raise 700 lbs in deadlift, do 1000 push ups on fists and run 80 miles in hard terrain in one day. But I'm not bodybuilder. So I wonder if a bodybuilder, but a woman, can be stronger than me.

Not really. Maybe why you want to do it and why you would think that its empowering to be a body builder (I mean I doubt many male body builders would consider it empowering so why would it be empowering for a female body builder).
