Women vs men in wrestling but women are allowed to fight dirty. Who wins?

Let's say it was a competitive match where both really wanted to win so no holding back.

But the woman is allowed to fight dirty with groin shots etc. but the male must wrestle cleanly for pins or submissions.

Let's also assume they are of similar size and skill.

Who is more likely to win in this scenario and why?

Same size and skill but she can use dirty blows. I'd have to go with the woman. Since she has the handicap.

I think it definitely helps even the playing field a bit but I'd still go with the guy. No guarantee the dirty blows work or don't miss. And once immobilized it would be hard for the woman to escape.

That's true. I wonder if they could find a good balance weight class wise. Or compensate for the muscular structures.
A shot between the legs would definitely leave her open for attack though.

Yup a guy could just grab a potential punch or kick there or if she makes it obvious she's going for that section, it's easy to defend. So it's definitely not a guaranteed victory for the woman. But it does give her a much bigger chance. I'd say she has a 15% chance of winning under these rules whereas usually the chance is 1%.

Same size and skill? The women 7/10. Eye jabs, groin pulls, etc. make this pretty lopsided unless the guy gets a quick submission.

What if the woman has more skill than the dude? Do you think that's enough to overcome the strength difference?

Of course some women can beat some men, but the average man would easily beat the average woman.

I just don’t think fighting dirty is enough to overcome the physical differences between a man and a woman. I’ve fought men and women before. The difference is noticeable, to say the least.
