Bruh... 😂 what you think about what the NFL did to this guy?

Thatās fucked up, haha.
But a side story: when I was a young buck, this guy got drafted in the first round by my Patriots (spoiler alert: he sucked, lmao). But I bought in because I was a little kid and didnāt know any better. I assumed heād be a student because of where he was drafted, even though the Pats were TERRIBLE and clearly didnāt know what the hell they were doing as an organization.
So the same year my Pop Warner football team got new uniforms, and we got to pick our own numbers. So I chose #69, Eugene Chungās chosen number. My coaches asked what number, I announced ā69!ā, and of course these guys swho are all in their twenties are āoh yeah? 69, huh? Why 69?😏😏😏ā Iām like 12 or 13 years old, totally oblivious to the sexual connotation, and I just say āEugene Chung!ā They all just busted out laughing, and I didnāt understand why😂😂😂 I think I figured it out later that year when some older kid saw my number when I wore it to school (we all wore them on Fridays before our games), and heard about it from there lmao.
Do you if you someone sucked as a player that they'll automatically suck as a coach as well?
@Jamie05rhs not at all. I mean, how many coaches in any sport were great players? Bill Belichick didnāt even play big-time college football, and never played in the pros. Thereās probably somebody Iām forgetting, but I canāt think of any superstar players off the top of my head who were excellent coaches. I think with great athletes, so much comes natural to them that itās hard to teach it to people. Shit, even as a GM, John Elway is one of the greatest QBs weāve seen but he hasnāt been able to get the Broncos a good QB yet, maybe excluding when he signed the corpse of Peyton Manning. Iād be more wary of a big name player coming into coach. The closest Iāve seen is Mike Vrabel maybe, but he was just a good player, not a great one. I think itās a case of the old saying: āThose who can, do. Those who canāt, teach.ā
"Corpse"? Excuse me? Do you wanna fight?
(Lol jk, man. I'm just a huge Peyton Manning fan. I can't have people talkin' shit about my boy!)
But yeah, I do agree with you on the "Those who can't do, teach" thing.
@Jamie05rhs sorryš I guess he had a few good years in Denver, I think Iām remembering that last season more than the others, he was all banged up that year. My point was more that itās not like it took a keen eye for Elway to say āhmmm... you know, I think that Manning guy might be kinda good, letās take a shot on him.ā All his other QB signings have been whiffs for the most part. Brock Osweiler, Paxton Lynch, Trevor Siemien, Case Keenum, past-his-prime Joe Flacco, and Drew Lock doesnāt look like the answer either. Maybe Teddy Bridgewater can get it done for them, weāll see.
Yeah. "A few good years". Including a Super Bowl ring. SMH
š
Trevor who? Lol
@Jamie05rhs hahaha... but that was the ācorpse year.ā Peyton can thank Von Miller & Co. for that one😜 Definitely cool to see one of the greats go out on top though👍 And he did tear it up a couple years there with Demariyus Thomas, Julius Thomas, and to a lesser degree, my dearly departed Wes Welker. I think he had that quad injury that last season though, he was barely holding it together, thatās the corpse Iām thinking of😂
Man, you're so rude. Lol
@Jamie05rhs Just bustinā your stones, bruh lmaoš
Lol. You're good, man.
That's completely disgraceful- this is an experienced former player and coach (including being an assistant coach on a Super Bowl-winning team).
But the NFL is clearly pressuring teams to hire more black coaches, so the only thing surprising here is that someone actually came out and said it to him.

I suppose it's refreshing how they're upfront and honest about their racism. But it's still racial discrimination, which is supposed to be against the damn law.
Jackie Robinson is rolling in his grave.
This would have been very outrageous, happening in a relatively normal society many years ago. But we have entered into a time of such incredible weirdness and wickedness, that most of us have actually become NUMB to this stuff.
Only those who haven't been handed over to reprobate-minds will continue to be outraged by these things.
LMFAO! Sounds about right. But if you think that's bad you should talk to the 10s of thousands of hopeful college students who are told the same thing every year by universities across the country.
Da fuck? Did they really say that? That's really messed up!
That's what happens when you have a minority checklist and all you care about is race.
Well, the Rooney rule states specifically only at least one black coach has to be interviewed by teams looking to hire head coach.
Well he is. Basically off white with ginger. Simply too effectively white, in fact hyper white with the lack of convictions and police related homicides.
I wonder if he was a victim of the so called woke culture.
This is a good example of why there are no Hispanic or Asian coaches, players, etc. saddening.
Everybody knows blacks are racist. Itās nothing new.
Just another black mark on the NFL's Record.
Why does only Bruh get to answer?
He shouldnāt have been so offensive
Don't care. Got nothing to do with me.
