I read the entire article. Not sure how Iām supposed to take it seriously when it doesnāt even take itself seriously, it looks into some genes and their correlation to race and just comes to the conclusion that black people are in certain sports because of ā special treatmentā (the article however never goes into depth or even cares to talk about data to see if data backs this up. I wonder if thatās because data would make their entire argument look like shit.
Thereās no evidence nor data that proves affirmative action is used in sports, however there is data showing that black males make up 18% of all student athletes. White males make up 61.3% but African-American youth are nearly three times more likely than White youth to play tackle football. Studies also show that African American parents pay more for stuff like camps and athlete schools.
This is most likely why African Americans are the majority in basketball. Not because of āaffirmative actionā ? Plus if youāre going to argue affirmative action it kind of is counterintuitive to your claim that race plays a part in athletic capability because if black people are naturally good at these sports because of their race than they wouldnāt need affirmative action to begin with to get in.

Affirmative Action isn't an *as needed law but a blanket law* and you clearly skipped the entire section on allele frequency and race with it's concession on African bantu (not blacks with white admixture) and the parts about west Africans being better sprinters and east Africans being better long distance runners, to say nothing of the strongest weight lifters being almost exclusively white men.
