How to receive a cross country scholarship?

Especially, what is the minimum time or times in the mile, 3k, 5k, etc., a girl would need to get a partial athletic scholarship at colleges such as Arkansas, Oregon, or Stanford?

The like that suggested checking the high school times for runners at colleges I'm interested in was a very good suggestion. I looked at the times of more than 20 cross country runners. Their times are fastest than I can run but maybe in a few years it will be doable.

I have NO idea, but if you CAN get an athletic scholarship, then TAKE IT and DON'T ignore your education!
