I'm going to critique you kind of hard. You don't go very deep and it sways a lot. I would suggest dropping the weight and focusing on form first.
Like you're basically leaning forward and moving up from the trunk... knees don't bend all that much. Like I'm not joking put something like only 15 lbs on there and front squat to figure out your form. Front squats usually point out the form. Do jumps and just pay attention to how you land... that works too in order to find footing.
I do fear for your safety from the video though. You got to get it right. Let me try to find what taught me to do it right...

It’s good, but can be better. You’re bending too forward. You need to keep your back straight and facing forwards, not bending over.
