(American) Football will always be my first love. Played til my wheels fell off at 33 or so.

Tried sitting idle for 7 or 8 years, couldn’t do it. Always admired hockey from afar, so I decided to go for it. I’m two years in now and I live and breathe this stuff. Still getting my game together, but I’m good enough to hack it in low level beer league, haha, so that’s been a lot fun. I missed the competition and the shit-talking. Last season I got to score on my previous season’s team (who didn’t take me again in the draft for that season), and I got to do the double-thumbs at my name on the back of my sweater (this is my blurred-for-the-internet version, too many weirdos out here, lmao) as I skated by their bench😝
I even fought a goalie😂😂😂
It’s cool, we’re friends now😂
So, yeah…. I’m loving hockey. It’s a 1A and 1B thing with football.

Women's Beach Volleyball.
