In the world of fighting, should the use of a low blow be legal/fair play?

I mean in a real fight setting, I don't think someone is going to honor that "rule" lol. Just saying. Curious to see everyone's thoughts! My thoughts no but I want to hear from all of you.

In mixed marshal arts sure , but NO , certainly not by some thug in a street fight , who would do it anyway , years ago on NYE in Melbourne , I was king hit ( sight unseen ) then kicked in the groin by a Thug , it was not pleasant.

If he’s the bully, then it’s acceptable. However, if you’re in a fight where it’s anybody’s game, then hitting someone in the balls is a pussy move.
