none... I've practiced three of them for the fun of it and the exercise, the rush/release of energy that came with it... but mastering would be a life time dedication, and I'm not into it like that

but just to answer you... let's go with Muay Thai... I think it could have been crazy fun to kick down a small palm tree... lmfao

None of them. I boxed, as a young guy, starting when I was about 13, up through my mid 20's and could have then, beat the shit out of any MMA "so called" fighter if they had been around at the time. Christ, the only thing these so-called fighters CAN'T do bite the opponents ear or nose off in a clinch.

Very little respect for those that compete in that sport. After I saw two "women' beat each other bloody, I almost barfed. Funking barbaric.
