I (20) was wrestling my friend (19) and she wrapped her legs around my head and I couldnt get out. Is that easy to do?

Me and my friend were hanging at her house when she started pretending to hit me and led to a wrestling match between us. It was going good until she wrapped her legs around my head and I couldn’t get out no matter what i did. My arm wasn’t trapped or anything and i was facing her so i couldn’t reacher her ankles to pry them open. I never knew this was even possible or if its easy to do she's pretty small im 5’6 140 and she's probably around 5’5 135. Would she be able to do this to most people if she really tried?

Honestly, not really. I mean, I guess it might be easier to do to a woman than a man. Men on average have 75% more upper body strength then the average woman. So most men, even with average strength could break that hold and leverage themselves out of it.

Something tells me you have a complete lack of grappling technic.

It's not that hard. You just have to control their frame stand up at good angle, back out and shimmy a little bit.

Just tuck your chin to your chest and side walk around her body using your head as a lever to pry her legs open wiggle and shimmy as you back out and she will lose her grip.
