How to wrestle/rough house with a girl?

I'm interested in this girl who likes to be kinda hands-on and be playful and wrestle sometimes. Not like on-the-ground wrestling, but just jabs and holds and stuff. However, I've never really had a close relationship with a female friend or family member where I did stuff like that, so I don't know how to appropriately "fight" with a girl. Can someone give me some pointers so that I can be normal and avoid hitting...sensitive areas or the like?

i like it when guys do that:D my boyfriend before we went out would poke or grab my side like below my ribs or hug me from behind where I can't move my arms and then id turn around and we would hug the regular way. I thought it was very cute:)

Tickle her, carry her in your arms, don't put your full weight on her, hmm take her shoe away, poke her sides make sure below the ribs and above the pelvic bone because it can hurt...yea don't poke her hard.
