Why can't my teams become champions?

Arsenal in England haven't won the title for years
My team in Germany, Dortmund, cannot become champions.
Fenerbahçe has not been a champion in Turkey for about 10 years. Why can't my teams become champions?

Well Man City abused the oil money and broke the financial fairplay rules 115 times they should be relegated but instead the verdict is getting postponed. So in a way Arsenal is the champion this year because man citys team should have never been allowed to exist in the first place. They have had an unfair advantage but because the enforcement is weak they can do what they want.

Why watch a sport that frequently has oh-so-exciting 0-0 scores with 0 goals when you can watch a sport like box lacrosse and witness between 20 and 30 goals in a game?

Dude, you need a real sport that has excitement and pageantry and created hundreds of years ago. Not an overhyped sport in which 0-0 can be considered a "good game".

Fenerbahce has top players who can play in every league in Europe. Fenerbahce is a team of the quality that can be found in European leagues.
We are also in the European leagues, we are in the Champions League or Europa League every year.
Just because football was introduced to Europe does not mean that it is only played there.
