What kind of world is this when a straight white woman, that is polite and not covered with ink, is treated like a villain?

Jealousy, plus ( even though I'm a black man typing this) she's a cisgender straight white woman in an overwhelmingly black league where an estimated 30% of the women are LGBTQAI. It would be worse for Clark if she's discovered to have a black boyfriend, as some of the women would take it out on her because, according to them, she'd be another white woman stealing "our" black men.

And the fact that Caitlin Clark lands $28 million shoe deal with Nike that includes signature shoe which would make it the largest-ever for a WNBA player. Since they believe other black players such as A’ja Wilson a five-time WNBA All-Star, a two-time Defensive Player of the Year, and a two-time WNBA champion are more deserving, , I am sure they attribute the Nike deal to white privilege.

I believe the Niki deal is based on popularity not race. However, race may be a factor in her popularity.

True if that was the only explanation, Ali would not have been more popular than Mike Tyson and Michael Jordan would not have been so popular. It takes talent but also it is being at the right place at the right time. I suspect Clark would not have been so popular if she was playing for UCONN with four other McDonald’s All Americans.
