I was thinking the other day how much I love relays races in athletics, and the maximum relay event is currently the 4 by 400m relay. Well I would love to see them extend that to the 800m relay, or even the 1500m relay!

The question (s) is, how good would the event be given how many teams could put forward decent 800 or 1500m specialists? and would it hold a lot of interest for the crowd?

I believe 'great' on both fronts!

Baseball and women's softball should be reinstated as Olympic sports. There are as many countries that play them as countries that play handball or field hockey.
