this used to be something kind of at the periphery and the fringe, now it is so mainstream that even the greedy professional sporting leagues are actually partnering with Sportsbooks. When you think about it, it’s pretty disgusting. You can’t watch a game with a kid without talking about the over under or the betting odds. It’s ridiculous.

As for whether that ruins it... It certainly can ruin it. People sabotaging the game and playing dirty is never fun.

Exoctic betting , is betting on the number of possessions a player may get , kicks , goals.. all stuff like that , then put that over any sport..
Forehand up the line to win second set etc etc , it makes people get very aggressive with players and threaten them.

Yes. I sort of gave up on sports about 5 years ago. Covid , woke behavior , gambling and money in general had ruined it for me. I have better ways to spend 3 hours than watch a game anyway
