Yes, I have done this with football and also with downhill skiing or, for that matter, any kind of skiing. The same with really stupid sports like boxing, which I would have not even considered.

For me, I love pushing my body, but I’d still refuse things that feel like they have a high risk of brain damage or serious long-term injury, like MMA or certain extreme sports.

Tennis, running, and general fitness give enough adrenaline without that level of danger 😅
