Why are bare knuckle boxing promoters booking such mismatched fights?

So I just watched "Adel" vs some guy with no BkB experience, and Adel has won the world championships in Kyokushin karate TWICEE in his weight class. He pretty well toyed with the opponent and KO'd him casually in the first round. Guy was out cold on his feet.

What's the point of scheduling a Karate champion vs some nobody with no real experience in a bare knuckle fight? Obviously, the karate champion is going to win pretty easily.

Anyone thats any good is basically boxing or in MMA. Bareknuckle boxing is basically any blue collared guys they can get to do it, its not like its great money.

Put it this way, the average UFC fighter gets about $150,000 per year and as little $20,000 per fight which is peanuts. So now imagine what a bareknuckle boxer gets. Its not worth it. While in the army I had a 2 bare knuckle fights and a two mma fights, wasn't worth it. A fight I won I was spitting up and pissing blood for a week, my right eye was closed up for a week and 2 fractured ribs. Only got £2000 for winning.
