In a group hug is it ok to put your hand on someone's bottom?

Here, we see a sports team having a pre-match group hug. All very normal and innocent until you see one chap having a feel of his friends bottom.

Now I don't know how close these guys are, but given there's cameras everywhere these days public groping isn't a good idea and should be reserved for the after match group shower.

So thoughts when your having a group hug for whatever reason do your hands wander?

In a group hug with girls, they put their arms around the guys neck as usual and your hands have to somewhere.

It is no good putting your hand around the waist as a hug is pulling some one to you and you can't do that in a hug circle circle.

Hands on the girl's bottom is the right way to go because you are then pushing them into the hug and it has exactly the right feel... so to speak.
