I wouldn't consider myself a good climber, but I did rock climbing walls that were like 50 feet when I was in middle school numerous times in a gym setting, I ascended like 60 to 70 foot trees, I scaled rock faces and repealed down them that were roughly 150 feet high a number of times, and I've hiked through a number of mountain ranges up peaks that were several thousand feet avoiding cliff faces just following rugged trails and orienteering through mountainous terrain. Heights don't bother me and I know the basics of rock climbing but I'm from Florida, it's relatively flat here. I can't get out and mountain climb without traveling a good distance so it's not something I'd consider myself all that skilled at.
Haha, how fancy! I received a formal invitation to your question. A mountain? No, I don't think so. I think I remember what a scaredy cat jumping off that rock face we have around here that is like a right of passage.
Doing that in reverse? No I don't think so. At least if I peed myself on the way down, I will have never known once I hit the water. Not so much going on the way up. I prefer to keep myself on flat ground.
You get the vip treatment lol
Ha understandable. Well maybe a smaller hill or something.
A small hill is no problem.
Heck yea 💪
Hey, where is the funny language, Miss Masie?
I think you need to do the translation of your original opinion, lmao.
Haha okay!

Ain't had such n inveyetation since my ma n pa gots one for my cousin Becky Sue's weddin'. Mountain ya say? Ain't reckon gunna be doin' any prospectin' on no mountain. I darn rightly scared of jumpin' of them there's lover's leap!
Leastways goin' down I ain't know if I wet my britches. Reckon I'd rather till a flat field then do none climbin'.
LMFAO! XD
Climbing is only a fraction of the skills required for mountaineering. I'm a good "climber" having been rock-climbing for almost two decades now, but a mountain is a tricky thing.
I've gone on a couple mountaineering trips but only as a fill-in. I don't know a lot of the skills required, such as glacial navigation and reading avalanche risks, but I can lead a pitch and tie out an anchor well enough.
Post me up solo on a mountain and I'm as dead as the next guy. There are probably only a hand full of people in the entire world who could reasonably be expected to on-site a mountain solo without preparation; and even then it's high risk.
p. s. I have a moonboard in my garage.
I see you climbed up to your keyboard for the day.
How about I climb up and show you a lesson 😤
I'll make myself some lunch while I wait.
Well don’t plan on enjoying it!
I'll be onto dinner by the time you are eye level.

Climbing is definitely something I want to try just for fun I don't think I would climb an actual mountain.
It is great exercise
Had to? Like for life and limb emergency senerio? Possibly. For the hell of it. Doesn't speak to me.
For a good bowl of mac n. cheese
Just for that no.
Missing out
I'm good enough to try my best and not die...
I can't say I am good at it when we all can see the experienced ones doing it...
Ι am mediocre.
Not that good but not that bad as well.
Reasonable, and depends how steep
Pretty neat skill to have
