They definitely looked better than Seattle, NY Giants, and Washington; but I don't know about the best in football right now.

The 49ers looked absolutely legit, but I wouldn’t call it “being back” just from one game. Their roster is stacked, the scheme is QB-friendly, and Shanahan can make a lot of quarterbacks look sharp. Darnold benefited from protection, play-calling, and YAC weapons. Impressive performance, but consistency over several weeks will say more than one standout game. 🏈
