Never used it. There are plenty of alternatives. Find which one is most popular in your area and talk to your friends about switching to that service so you can stay in touch. All of the texting services are easy to figure out. I used to have AIM years ago and then switched to WhatsApp. Easy.

I think I used it a few times when it was still pretty new, but I haven't used it in years and so its shutdown will not affect me.

I have found that the few people who insisted on me using Kik to message them were extremely strange, though.

I used to use it when I was much younger to talk to my friends from school and talk to my boyfriend, but as we all grew older, we started using more popular social media to keep in contact instead like Snapchat and Discord.

I used it years ago, my mum forced me to stop using it because there was tons of news articles about it being infested with pedophiles. I haven't went back since and tbh it wasn't that great to begin with anyway.
