Police scanner issues?

I have a Uniden bc125act scanner, I try to put close call on to try to get what stations I have programmed that are most activated however the weather channels keep disrupting other channels that are active, how do I turn the weather alerts off I’ve pressed the off button for the weather scanner however it’s still showing up into close call hits also are there any specific websites I can look up to see what frequency’s there are in my state? I have tried reference radio already, what are some other websites.
