Is it possible to take a hands-free picture on instagram?

I've notice you can easily record a video using the hands-free option available on instagram but I don't know how to take a hands-free picture. Anybody knows?

I'm guessing you can upload pictures from your phone? If so set you camera timer for 5-10 seconds set up the shot and wait for the picture then just upload it.

Joking aside.. I don't use Instagram.. But my phone takes pics like that. It wants some kind of hand gesture to activate the taking of the pic.. Or what I use is the smile recognizer. As soon as you smile the phone is like "oh damn look at that" chik chik

Yea my iPhone allows me to take hands-free pictures too it even uses a timer 10-3 secs but I can’t find the same option on instagram. Anyways, thanks for replying.
