Well I've not really been to any castings since I'm in Amsterdam and even before that I've just been with a Booker so I was really flexible in terms of castings and what kinds of jobs I wanted to do. It was good for me because I never had to rely on modelling to pay the bills but the friends I've made in that business that work full time and are signed up with agencies have it really hard, they are constantly stressed out and worry about when they'll get a job & money the next time - it's a literal struggle to survive if you're modelling full time it's not as half as glamorous or well paid as everyone loves to believe.

Sure... I'm a minimalist on the makeup thing anyway. All I have on my profile pic is lipstick and that I do to keep from getting chapped lips instead of chapstick.
The only times I really put makeup on is for going out with my hubby (he'll love me no matter what, but it makes him happy and can sometimes be a mood enhancer :-) ) and special events/occasions. I don't really put that much on to go to work. HR hasn't said anything and I don't hear anyone complaining, so I think I'm OK.
As far a pictures, selfies or camera, not a problem.

Bottom line: I'm comfortable in my own skin with my own skin and that's what really matters. Don't let any person, male or female tell you anything different.
