Is he lurking or stalking my Instagram?

Basically he is a close friend of mine and I have posted a photo 5 days ago on my account and have interacted with him yesterday.. however today I got a notification that he liked the picture I posted from 5 days ago.. and he has around 200 followers.. could he be stalking me or it appeared on his timeline? Although 5 days ago seems weird so can someone give me an input?

That way of thinking will lead into one of those videos out there like the one I just saw a woman was crying in her car recording a video about being assaulted by a dude who was just freaking walking his dog
Oh another one I saw other day was even worse some girl was suing a man who saved her from drowning by giving her CPR and she was like oh I don't remember him asking me about permission to do that so thats an assault 😑😑

I mean just chill out people someone liking a 5 day old picture doesn't really mean anything unless you know something else is going on and decided to not tell us
