I started working part time in kids store. One day I forgot my phone in there and I had to go back to get it. There was one my coworkers that helped to look for it. I thanked him with a hug and I went home. Since then he started staring at me, watching me playing with kids, smiling, eating, walking, whenever he hears me he come to say hi. He watch me leaving the store. He watch me coming to store. Every time I look at him he looks away and then look again. I don’t know what’s wrong with him!!!

If he's just lookin or says hi then no. If he goes everywhere u do like from one place in a store 2 another, 2 your home, etc. then yes.

maybe he really wants to talk to you but is either scared or nervous maybe you ask him whats up and see but i would ask before thinking something bad
