He rejected me 6 weeks ago because of our different life goals. After that I removed him from my instagram followers.
Yesterday fake account that’s new (made in June this month) that has a male name started to view my stories. I suspect that it’s him. The account doesn’t even have profile pic, no followers and aren’t following anyone

Not anymore desperate than it would be to stalk someone on a fake profile. It could just be a bot account, but you will never know unless you ask. You clearly like him and you are not currently with him, so what do you have to lose?
