Why do I see this guy everywhere I go?

There is this one guy in my class who I briefly talked to. Eventually, I realized he rides my bus but have no clue where he lives. I usually overtake him and walk in front of him just because I walk fast but this one time, he overtook me and walked in front of me. The next day, I saw him coming from the direction I was heading to. Is there by any chance he is stalking me or we were just in the same vicinity?

Also, he always makes this loud 'clearing throat' noises when I'm sitting near him and his one friend keeps looking in my direction. What is going on?

I doubt he's stalking you, however, he probably does 'like' you... it's 2019, if it's mutual then there's nothing wrong with making the first move. If nothing else, you'll at least find out what's been going on, if anything. 😉
