• I have never had a real girlfriend
• I am introverted and socially awkward
• I am white
• I have brown eyes
• I am currently heavyset with a round face.
• I have only had sex exactly once about 8 years ago and haven't even kissed a woman since
• I have always wanted a girlfriend so badly my entire life but have never been able to achieve getting one.
• I seek a woman where we can be each other's first loves
• I am an Aspie and have mental illness (Bipolar, anxiety, and OCD)
• I have a stalking conviction dating back 7 years ago. I plead no contest not knowing the consequences of that. I served 3 years probation.

You just listed a handful of things you know that if you worked on, you would put yourself in a better place. You acknowledged it already so you have the ability to change them. Deep down you know what you have to do and it's going to be hard work to go from socially awkward to socially comfortable. It's going to suck but you can do it, you just have to push through failures enough to finally get good.

You're 5'6", I am too and have dated taller or same height girls more than shorter, you can too. Too often we see on social media that girls don't like shorter men but we are the majority and most of us get married.

You say you're introverted and socially awkward, so the only way to get away from introversion is to work hard, and discipline yourself to learn not to be, and learn socializing structures.

You're smart enough to know that despite what people say, physical appearance does matter and knowing where you are physically is the first step in changing that. You know the goal, diet and exercise, routine, self-discipline, you know this. You just need to be hard on yourself and push yourself to keep with it. You are the leader of who you are in life, no one else.

A woman who's dated or has not is the same, it's all about who they are, how and where they were brought up. Their standards are not set by whether they've dated or not. The better self you make for your self, the easier things will be for finding women, new to romance or not.

I don’t think being a heavyset socially awkward introvert is a problem. Sure it’s going to be harder for you to date compared to other people, but just be nice and put yourself out there as much as you can; you’ll find someone that gets you. I did have a couple of relationships when I was in shape with experienced women and my only mental faults are high functioning ASD and sociopathy but a stalking conviction I'd give up like yesterday and move away for society like a leper

The finding a girl with no romantic past thing is your big stumbling block. The rest of the stuff is not as bad as a lot of guys.
