A fact that I looked up. That there are roughly 5 million beepers still in regular use. Apparently, pager companies have a very loyal market, although shrinking but nonetheless very profitable.
So why not a video about Beepers

Yep. hospitals and secure facilities still use them.
But they are shrinking as more features are required for adequate communication, these days.
You can get a burner phone for like 10 bucks. Stop being a cheapskate and just get a simple phone.
It not about being cheap. I dont like them and dont need one. I have my house phone. Thats all the I need.
That’s surprising that they even have a beeper service still available, reminds me of the second Tron movie when the one guy still had a beeper in use when he got a page from a 30 year old number
Now thats a WOW!
Yes I've actually have seen them around. The one flea market I go to which it's been awhile but he had a few for sale.

Yes, there are still pagers. 6 or 7 years ago we used them where I worked. They were efficient and worked in all the buildings and all I needed them to do is let my people know that I was looking for them. Then some smart vice president decided we should get NexTel phones. They did not work in any of the buildings because they were metal framed. I wanted to take mine and run my truck over it.
