Could be you've messed up keyboard settings? Plug in a usb keyboard and see if it works. If it does, then the issue is not the driver but your settings. Disable all keyboard accessibility functions in settings.

System restore usually does not delete games in my opinion, but if it does, you can reinstall again anyways.. I can delete some documents though so you may wanna put backups over cloud. Just do a backup of what you cannot lose prior.

I don't know about Win 11, but on 10 yes, it's on Ease of Access, under Keyboard. I would think it should still be the same with 11.
