My laptop went BSOD?

I have windows 10. The blue screen error has been happening for 3 days now. I'm not sure how to fix it. Someone please help?

Make and model of laptop would be useful. By BSOD, I'm guessing you were using your laptop and it just blue screened and now windows won't boot correct? First thing I'd do is boot into recover mode and attempt a system restore, if that don't work, you next option is to boot into recovery mode again and do a factory install of windows. If you have any personal data that needs saved, the easiest option is to create a bootable Linux USB (on a different computer) and copy all your personal files over to a USB drive. FYI if you're unable to boot into recovery mode, you can create a Windows 10 USB drive that will install a fresh copy of windows, but won't install some of the device drivers which is no problem as they can be easily downloaded from Dell's website and installed.

@ImDusty Yea error codes are helpful, and if it is Hardware related, could be simple as a corrupt or incorrect driver. Can't even count the number of times Windows (10) update replaced device drivers with generic Microsoft Drivers.

I am going to need more information?, I am no technology expert especially in software stuff, usually I do have some idea, it might be a few reasons, BIOS updates in certain computer models has the BSOD, old computer is broken it either needs a fix or buy an upgrade, cybersecurity issues: computer bugs, viruses, malware from unwanted software services installed or black hat hacker (bad hackers) try to cause a cybersecurity threat. My best recommendation is take it some some tech support services or hardware electronic stores that is reputable. They can give you a more personalised & the most accurate advice, mine was just the the general stuff, some of which from past experience & some just plain knowledge.

no, i did not install anything recently.. im not sure what happened to this bloody laptop but its driving me nuts. I've took it to the repair shop for at least 5 times these past few months

A QR code was displayed along with the blue screen. I scanned it and it said that the warranty had expired.

That might be windows warranty.. not the laptop warranty. When you bought the computer you might have gotten some warranty on the hardware

That is a software glitch. I had the exact same thing happen on Sunday.

My computer was still under warranty so Dell reinstalled the software and all is well.

Somehow, you need to get the Windows 10 software reinstalled or upgrade to Windows 11.

Yes, I am pretty sure that will do the trick. Make sure you are not still under warranty though. Mine was a 3 year warranty with Dell and they are available 24/7 to fix it online for you and even upgrade the software if you like

If you have an Outlook email account synced to your computer, do a complete restore to the computer system that appears to be the blue screen of death, Outlook email will fix it so you don't lose any pictures, files, etc

I've been having TONS of problem with this trashy laptop. My mom said she will buy me a new one, but I'm reluctant to let this go. I do not want to waste my parent's money.. especially since this laptop is fairly new.
