Can people in Russia access GAG?

Any Russian GAG users out there? I've heard a lot about how the internet is "locked down" in Russia and how Facebook and Twitter are banned, so I'm curious as to whether any of you can use GAG and if so, does it appear normal or censored to you? What's your understanding of the Ukraine war from what you see on GAG?
