Elon wants to buy Twitter and take it private. He says there really isn't free speech on it. He says the company needs to be overhauled to make it worldwide free speech. Do you take him at his word? Or do you think he has other plans? All you conspiracy theorists get you chance to sound off here. 🤣

Elon is a pretty eccentric guy, but he is definitely a free speech absolutist, for better or worse. At the end of the day, I don't use Twitter and don't have any personal stake in the race at all, but I would much sooner trust Elon to run a platform of free, uncensored public discourse than the combination of the Saudi Royal Family, bully investment firms like Black Rock and Vanguard, or the current CEO, all of whom are pretty openly supportive of suppressing anything they don't agree with or don't benefit from.

Truth be told however, I'd probably rather see Twitter sunk and destroyed than "fixed." Social media is itself a cancer.
