If you cannot do the Reset Password bit, then it’s lost.

You need to use stuff that can be used to verify.

You can use an alternative email etc, however you need access to it.

You can try contacting Insta however if you can’t prove some stuff about the account they will not help.

They keep accounts safe, often from their own users who forget credentials
