Has anyone notice their phones turn the lighting settings down at night? ?

Hi my phone is automatically turning my lighting down at night. When I never turned it down myself. Has anyone noticed this?

Indeed, these things meanwhile are trained to do things that we aren't aware of - or even don't want them to do.
Hand phones are a blessing and a curse combined :D

I've noticed that on my iPhone. There an option to change it in settings.

Night mode is automatically on on a lot of phones now. You can turn it off in settings if you enjoy burning your eyes
