
Why does it take days for an email I sent myself to reach my inbox?


- Maybe your phone doesn't recognize the sending address (if you use multiple addresses) as a "friendly".
- Maybe Verizon service is just bad in your particular area.
- Maybe the "internet" in your area is just plain overloaded. We have had it take up to a couple of hours on a few occasions to get a message- no problem with e-mails, though.
- Maybe your phone isn't configured as well as it could be: could be using resources on background info renewing, could be looking for wrong networks, cookies might need some work, etc.
You need to clear your app or browser's cookies and make sure your phone has enough storage space on it. Or else, apps act all f*cked up like this.
In case it’s something you need quickly, it should always show up in your “sent” folder instantly.
Can happen to me in rural America in the country, cause I might not get service for a few days.

are you sure it is not getting stuck in the spam filter. try checking it on a PC and see if it does the same thing.

I have been finding company’s systems down. Unable to log in to web sites. And several other problems! Must be those darn Russians’ messing with our internet!
But my phone doesn't use the internet.
Should be instant maybe there is an issue with your email provider.

Verizon is for suckers who like overpaying.
It was cheaper than Sprint/T-Mobile.
Cheaper than T-Mobile? No. I pay $30 a month for unlimited. Verizon is expensive as hell.

What kind of private server? I've had this email for years and have never had any problems until recently.
