I think just like ”BMW” drivers (who also get an undeserved bad reputation) there are some good Prius drivers, and there are some bad Prius drivers. But I would wager the average skills ticket, and accident stats of your average Prius driver, against your average Male Camaro, Mustang, or Charger driver. I have no idea why Prius drivers get a bad rap, but I don’t notice an overage of bad Prius drivers, especially when strictly compared with drivers of other cars.

Honestly, I used to work in a auto repair garage and I hated just about every Prius owner that I met. They were always so snobby. They thought they knew about cars even though they knew nothing. Everytime a Prius owner would come in, I'd run away and let a rookie deal with them. Lol. But hey maybe you're the exception. The only people worse was people that drove Saabs.

90 percent drive slow as hell and like they are no better for the environment because where do you think electricity comes from? Coal/gas fired power plants and nuclear plants that fill mountains with toxic waste that never ever decomposes. What happens in 7 years when the battery’s are dead in your car? You gonna junk it? My vehicle has been on the road for 30 years and is good on fuel she is not a throwaway vehicle like the electrics.

All battery’s die they last about 7 years what will you do when your battery’s die? Let’s say you can drive 150 miles when it’s new, 2 years later your getting 120 miles then 3 more years go by and you can only go 70 miles because your battery is degrading what do you do?

i've literally talked and read about how these batteries can last even longer like 15-20 years... again if you take care of your car well.

Not my style, but it’s a Toyota, so as far as hybrids go you can’t do better. Their drivers used to drive me crazy.. but have since lost that crown to Tesla drivers - in spades.
