You mean "appeared" as in AV scan has brought it up. Or in you have got your new computer and this is what has come up?

It may be a false positive too.

You need to provide more details. But as for the tool - it's not a virus or anything like that. But the worry is usually pirated Windows means a pirated everything else as well.

It means you have a cracked copy of windows (not legally brought), KMS is just Key Management Studio
