What are google app login credentials and why do I need to give my app one?

Google playconsole have removed my app. And the Issue it raised is I need to provied login credentials... Where as (as you can see in the pic) it says "if users need credentials to access my app. Which it doesn't because its a simple chess timer... Now why the heck I need login credentials for such app... Now If I am getting it wrong please explain me what are login credentials in my case and why do I need it... Plus there are so many abb that I use today that dont requires login of any kind so what the heck

Sign into your play console and mark the app as not requiring sign in.

Use Linux for a start Forget Google as a search engine. Use Duckduckgo.

If you have written an app for Google app store, not much you can do.
