How much percentage of people do you think help technology be developed in the world?

It depends how you look at it, if you consider how these things are funded then the answer is most people; even if you aren't buying new technology there is still a lot of tax payer money spent on developing technology and even if you aren't in the 1st world arguably your country is poor BECAUSE the other countries are rich, so you could throw them in too if you wanted.

You might also argue that it is not the boat builder but the sea who designs ships, those that survive are copied, the same is true for technology, ideas which work are copied, people collectively decide what is good and what isn't.

I don't think it depends on how I look at it. Turkey (country) has nothing to do with technology being developed since it was founded in 1923.

Muslim Countries have nothing to do with Technology being developed.

There isn't even a local car or a motorcycle in Turkey. All are foreign made.

Pieces come from abroad. And they become put together in Turkey.

Well, perhaps Turkey is not a particularly good example for contributions.

You dont have to accept the premise at all, I simply offered you a wider viewpoint as others have done.

You can't make lithum ion batteries without cobalt and cobalt is mined in part by hand by extremely poor people, now you might not like to think that these people are making a contribution to high technology but the fact remains that they are part of the process.

Turkey has universities, so it is producing people who are contributing to the collective knowledge etc.

But as I have said to you from the beginning, it all depends how you choose to look at it or how you choose to semantically define what a contribution is.

It depends on what you mean by help, like the people mining the materials and all the logistics involved with that, then the researchers and testers, the people who taught those people, the infrastructure of the physical Tech Lab was probably not built by the researchers, and there’s also “help” from like mass data that people provide which can show what areas need improvement. I’m not sure what “1:5000” type ratio that would be, but I think it would be a surprising amount of people who are behind the creation of a product from many places across the globe
